Mulan has been living near a recycling center after being dumped off with a litter of pups. We were told that animal control took the pups but couldn't catch her. I think she just chooses her friends; she immediately came up to one of our volunteers and put her nose in her hand- she has hardly left her side since then.  She just had her first bath and is enjoying regular meals and lots of TLC. She will be a wonderful companion for some lucky person; she appears to have the collie temperament with the cattle dog stamina.
