Rusty is a beautiful older BC with a great personality. He spent a lot of his years chained in a yard and then abandond on his property. Despite that Rusty loves people and just wants to be attached to you. He has lots of energy- which he reserves for cat chasing- so he needs a dog and people home please. GrandPaws applies to any dog age 7 years or older. The adoption fees are reduced to help offset veterinary costs that occur as dogs age.
