Sparkle was returned due to her owner having some health issues. She is an active girl, gets along well with other dogs, and is housetrained. Recycled Rescues are previously adopted dogs who, through no fault of their own, need a chance to start over in a new home. Recycled dogs come with significant adantages; many are well socialized and have good house manners.
