Mr. Pickles came from a home where he wasn't wanted.  He was simply a leftover pup no one cared about …hard to imagine, since he is truly the sweetest little fellow. Because no one spent any time with Mr. Pickles, he came to us very shy and unsure of strangers.  Currently he is in a foster home with other dogs that are showing him strangers can be a source of love and kindness.

Mr. Pickles’ ideal home would be with another dog to continue helping him build his confidence and trust of people. He would also do best in a home with older children as he is quite small.  Once Mr. Pickles trusts you, he will be eating out of your hand and doing his silly double wave dance (you just have to see it to understand how incredibly cute this little dog is). So, if you are looking for a little cuddler that also loves hiking and riding in a car, Mr. Pickles should definitely be at the top of your list.
