Rocky  came from a local shelter- he almost got lost in the shuffle of so many other dogs that all look very similar. Fortunately for Rocky- his foster mom discovered his stellar personality and had him transferred to our program before he ran out of time.He is the perfect little pint-size companion; he would be a great travel mate!
