No wonder Ryce has such a sad face- his story just makes my blood boil!! He was rescued by an animal control officer who witnessed a man putting Royce into a burlap bag and putting him in a dumpster!  Royce is a very sweet young man and deserves a fabulous home after such an act of cruelty!
